The Webinar Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for end to end management of webinars across all products including building webinar programs in GoToWebinar (or similar web conferencing platform), building programs for webinar in Marketo, populating copy in email templates and landing pages in CMS to drive registration, running of live webinars, posting of recorded sessions for ‘always on’ content, ensuring hand raisers are followed up, and any post webinar emails are sent to attendees or no show registrants.
What You'll Do
- Assisting in planning, creating, and management of webinar calendar to resolve any scheduling conflicts or overlaps in audiences
- Building of webinars in GoToWebinar, Wistia (or similar web conferencing platform) after receiving request from marketing managers
- Utilize copy provided by requestor to build promotional emails for webinars, create landing pages with forms on n-able.com
- Basic reporting on number of registrants per webinar, attendance rate, participation rate during live webinars and webinar program overall
- Host practice runs with speakers, during live webinars manage recording, slide deck transitions, and interactive components such as polls, Q&A, exit survey, and hand raiser functionality
- Coordinate with production team to get recordings of webinars edited, uploaded to n-able.com and sent out to attendees or no show registrants through email
- Ensure that any hand raisers from webinars are processed for sales or support follow up
- Management of on-demand webinars including conversion after live webinars, Marketo program updates, reporting on monthly performance, recommendation when on-demand webinars should be replaced or archived from website
What You'll Bring
- Direct experience with Marketo enterprise-level marketing automation (or similar MAP) and Salesforce a must (or similar CRM)
- Experience creating assets in WordPress (or similar web content management system)
- Knowledge of HTML or other development languages is a plus
- Strong understanding of smart lists, smart campaigns, email programs, engagement programs, segmentation, dynamic content, and webinar best practices
- Strong understanding of modern marketing best practices, tools, technologies, and KPIs
- Working knowledge of the different types of live and hosted webinar campaigns
- Ability to manage project communications within a ticket management system
- Ability to work within an agile environment and collaborate online with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams on a worldwide scope
- 2+ years’ experience with marketing automation, virtual event management platform, and email marketing
- Strong attention to detail, validation, and summarized reporting abilities
